Registration & Refund Policy

Full payment must accompany registration and be completed by Dec. 14 for the super early bird rate or February 15 for the early bird rate.

Cancellations/ refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked by February 15 and will be charged a $100 processing fee. No refund requests will be honored after February 15, 2019.
